烹飪方法:
香脆豬腳:烤箱預熱220℃,將豬腳放入烤箱,烘烤大約30~40分鐘,皮呈現金黃色即完成
涼拌拼盤:解凍切片沾醬即可
台式熱炒:豬腳解凍後切片,加入蔥蒜辣椒拌炒即可

中 _ 約710g~800g(約2~3份)
小 _ 約600g~700g(約1~2人份)


German Pork Knuckle
Top quality selected pork knuckle has crispy exterior, juicy interior, and contains high amount of Glucose.
Cooking suggestion:
Crispy Knuckle: Put Knuckle into preheat oven to 220 C for approximate 30-40 minutes until exterior is golden brown.
Cold Plate: Knuckle is ready to eat so you can slice thinly after knuckle is completely defrost.
Stir Fry: defrost then slice thinly, saute with garlic, green onion, and chili.
